Hey everyone,
Well, the countdown has begun! I have one more week of full training before I begin to scale back or "taper" for the big event on Nov 7th! I am going to document my race from the day we leave, our stay at Lake Las Vegas and everything in between to give you an idea of what life is like on the road for a big race. Expect to see lots of pics and some video of the race as well. In the meantime, check out the video for the Silverman. Take care!
Follow me as I gear up for the 2010 Silverman triathlon in Nevada. It is considered one of the toughest courses in the world.
