Had my alarm set for 0430 but got woken up by the Coyotes howling...sweet. Time for breakfast then I am out of here.

Accidental Triathlete

Chris van Luen: 40 something Bay Area native living in Oakland and working in Berkeley. Training for triathlons of various distances but fond of the long course. Have completed several IM 70.3 (favorite was in Austin TX.), on full Ironman and a couple of Oyl distance. Kona is definitely on my mind!
